You Can Simply Disable Game DVR To Fix Low FPS. Try These EASY Steps:

Step#7: Right-click on AllowGameDVR and choose Modify and then set the Value to 0.

After executing above steps, close the Registry Editor and reboot your system. Start playing your favorite game, you will experience better FPS performance in your Game Play.
